REGIONAL NEWS (Tullahoma) — According to the state Department of Economic Community Development, 200 new jobs will be headed towards southern, middle Tennessee when EnableComp expand operations and creates a third office in Tullahoma.
EnableComp, headquartered in Franklin, exists as a full-service processor of medical claims. They serve more than 800 healthcare providers across 39 states. The new Tullahoma office will be dedicated to processing appeals to medical insurance claims. It represents a one million dollar investment in the area.
“It has been my vision since shortly after joining the company that we would expand outside of the Greater Nashville area. Tullahoma is perfectly situated to be another center of operational excellence, and we look forward to the next chapter of growth as we deliver value to all of our stakeholders. We want to be the employer of choice in Coffee County,” said EnableComp President and CEO David Jones.
The new Tullahoma office will be located at 1400 Cedar Lane and is expected to add 200 jobs over the next five years. The estimated opening date for the facility is September 2019. For those interested, the company will host a career fair on Wednesday, August 21 from 3-6 p.m. at Northgate Mall.
“The lives of Tennesseans are changed when quality jobs are created in our communities, and I’m focused on attracting good jobs and investment to rural Tennessee,” Gov. Bill Lee said in a press release. “Our state is a fantastic place to do business, and I applaud EnableComp for creating hundreds of new jobs in Tullahoma.”
