CULLEOKA, Tenn. — The Moore County Raiderettes made it a clean sweep over Culleoka Tuesday night, cleaning their clocks 52-23 as they prepared for their holiday schedule.
Raiderette leading scorer Ally Sharpe was at it again, putting in 17 points to lead all scorers while Paisley Kelly had a good game, bucketing 11. Emma Dye joined the double digit scoring club with 10 on the night.
It was all over but the crying after one quarter of play as the Raiderettes outscored Culleoka 23-4 in the first. Culleoka fielded only six players, leaving them with depth issues all evening. The Raiderettes played Culleoka in Lynchburg less than two weeks prior, winning 58-40 on that occasion.

Sharpe was a big part of the early run for the Raiderettes as she had nine points, scoring in all manner of ways including a three, a pair of twos and a pair of free throws. Dye had her best quarter as she hit four buckets in the opening stanza while Ellie Carter hit a pair of free throws. Carter was a regular at the charity stripe during the going, going five-for-six from the line on the night.
Kelly did all the Raiderette scoring in the third as she scored all six second quarter points. Despite the lower scoring, Culleoka was unable to cut into the lead as Moore led 29-10 at the break.
Sharpe again led her team in the third, raining down a pair of threes along with a deuce while Kelly was good for a field goal and a free throw. Dye had a two and Carter was one-for-two from the line.
The fourth saw a lot of free throws by the Raiderettes as they went five-of-six as a team. Alexus Hornaday was three-for-four while Ellie Carter was perfect from the stripe in the fourth. Kelly and Brenley Tucker added field goals to round out the night.
Ally Sharpe led for Moore County with 17 followed by fellow double digit scores Paisley Kelly with 11 and Emma Dye with 10. Other contributing Raiderettes were Ellie Carter (5), and Alexus Hornaday (3). Bella Tucker, Abbie Bateman, and Brenley Tucker all contributed two points each.
The Raiderettes will play at Summertown on Friday before taking a break for the holidays. They will kick things back off on Saturday, December 27 at Cascade. •
