LOCAL NEWS | Live Music — Two area country music performers will play the Lynchburg Winery on Saturday, January 25. Jonathan Fly and Matt Dillon will play beginning at 6 p.m.
Fly’s a long time fixture on the Lynchburg music scene who’s known for being a bluegrass phenom. The boy can also play a mean fiddle. He plays bluegrass, alt county, and traditional country. You can sample the bluegrass single he recorded with Buddy Mason, First Ride, by clicking here.
Singer, songwriter Matt Dillon is just 24 years old but he’s been writing and performing music for 16 years. The Smithville native says he’s influenced by all kinds of music but especially loves American outlaw country. To check out his single, Good Times and Whiskey, click here.
Lynchburg Winery is located on the historic Lynchburg Square. Food will be available that night and, of course, so will Lynchburg Winery wines and drinks made with American Craft Distillers of Lynchburg pours. •
