Local organizers are making plans for the annual Halloween in the Hollow event on Lynchburg Square from 5-8 p.m. on October 31.
Activities for local kids include a Mummy Race, Costume Contest, and Pumpkin Race. Everyone’s favorite local DJ, fourth grade teacher Dusty Dickey, will also be on hand to provide music for a Monster Mash Dance Party. According to organizers, there will also be a couple of surprise special guests.
At 5 p.m., the Metro Moore Sheriff’s Department will close the Lynchburg Square to traffic for safety reasons. Vehicles who would like to participate in the Trunk-or-Treat around the Square should arrive and set up before 5 p.m.
