LOCAL NEWS | Public Meetings — The Metro Moore County School Board will meet on Monday, October 14 at 6 p.m. at the Central Office located behind Lynchburg Elementary School.
Two items will be presented for public comment: the MCHS Diamond Club and the MCHS BITZ Campaign. As usual, they will continue a month-to-month policy review. The meeting will address the Support Services section.
Other topics to be discussed will be the MCHS Softball Field topcoat replacement, the MCHS roof, and MCHS kitchen equipment, which will be declared surplus. Director will also give a report on the MCHS renovations, MCHS counseling program, phone line replacements, LES sink hole, and Governor Bill Lee’s recent visit.
