Numerous food truck operators are expected at tonight’s Metro Council meeting to discuss what they describe as “unfair hoops” in the new mobile food vending ordinance.
The owners of the yet-to-be-built Retreat at Whiskey Creek and the local MUD Board clashed on Tuesday over an unsigned contract. The project was greenlit over a year ago.
It was approved by the previous board and on Monday the current MUD Board voted “no” to an automatic water and sewer rate increase for local ratepayers.
