LYNCHBURG, Tenn. — The Moore County Raiderettes extended their win streak to five as the led Culleoka cover-to-cover to claim a 58-40 win.
The Raiderette defense seemed to be battling a single member of Culleoka as Kendall Reischman scored more than half of her squad’s points, posting 23 on the night to lead all scorers. However, her efforts were not enough as eight Raiderettes marked the scorer’s book with Ally Sharpe leading the way with 16 on the night. She was joined in the double digit scoring club by Emma Dye who had a dozen which included a perfect night from the free throw line.
Sharpe got her squad going early as she knocked down a pair of threes while Ellie Carter splashed a three and added a deuce on her way to an eight point night. Abbie Bateman, Bella Tucker and Dye all hit field goals as the Raiderettes led 17-15 after one. They extended their lead in the second as they outscored their guests 18-9. Emmeree Greenway had all six of her points on the night in the second as she sizzled the cylinder for a three before going three-for-four from the charity stripe. Sharpe continued her steady work with a pair of twos while Harley Hart and Dye both hit field goals. Paisley Keely had two and was two-for-two from the line.

The Raiderettes added to their advantage in the third as they won the scoring battle 12-7. Ellie Carter and Sharp both drained threes while Bella Tucker was good for a couple of buckets. Dye added two to the total.
Dye showed up big in the fourth as she was a deadeye from the line, going six-for-six at the stripe. Sharpe had a hoop and a point from the stripe while Bella Tucker rounded out the fourth with a deuce.
Ally Sharpe led for the Raiderettes followed closely by Emma Dye with 12 points. Bella Tucker and Ellie Carter added eight points each. Emmeree Greenway swished six. Paisley Kelley scored four and Abbie Bateman and Harley Hart scored a bucket each.
Moore County will play Lincoln County on Friday in Lynchburg. The Raiderettes tip off at 6 p.m. and the Raiders will follow. •
