LOCAL EVENTS NEWS — Spring in the Hollow will return to the historic Lynchburg Square and Wiseman Park on Saturday, May 1 from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. and the Lynchburg Chamber of Commerce is seeking home, garden, and Spring-related vendors as well as handmade crafts, art, and other locally-produced or handmade items for the annual Moore County event
All vendor who apply before April 15 will receive a discounted rate: one 10×10 space for $40, two spaces for $70, or three spaces for $100. All pricing increases by $10 per space after April 15. There is an extra cost for electricity per plug. This is a rain or shine event an no vendor fees will be refundable.
You can access the complete vendor application at this link. Set up time will be at 6:30 a.m. on the date of the event and not before. All vendor vehicles must be removed from the square prior to the event start time. Vendors much furnish their own tables, chairs, canopies, tents and all displays.
