After nearly a year, the Metro Zoning Ordinances now contain a category for medium to high density developments in the county. The Metro Council passed its third reading at their most recent meeting.
Old business will be the business tonight during the Metro Council's regular January meeting as they reconsider the R3A zoning category as well as a Brown-Forman rezoning request delayed from December's meeting.
