Metro Council reduces speed limit on Smith Chapel Drive
LOCAL NEWS | It's a narrow winding Moore County backroad. On Monday, the Metro Council voted to lower the official speed limit on Smith's Chapel Drive from 45 miles per hour to 30 miles per hour.
